The program emphasizes proactive safety measures and encourages bottom-up engagement to maintain a healthy and safe working environment.
We have a safety culture that values the consistent actions of our employees and the attention to safety they bring to work each day. TEAM Blackhawk holds daily safety meetings before each shift to review safe work practices. Furthermore, all employees are empowered to stop work if they identify any conditions or behaviors of concern.
